Workshop on Emergency Planning

The Special meeting of the Town Board of Charlton, Saratoga County, New York held at 7:30pm at 784 Charlton Road, Charlton, NY 12019 called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.

Present:  Supervisor Grattidge Councilman Gardner, Councilman Lippiello, and Councilman Verola

Absent:  Town Clerk Heather Scribner

The Town Board discussed the NIMS compliance check list provided by the Saratoga County Office of Emergency Services.  (See attachment).  The Town Board members requested more time to review the material.   A tentative date for the next meeting will be Tuesday February 13, 2007 at 7:30pm.

No action was taken by the Town Board.

Supervisor Grattidge adjourned the meeting at 8:30pm.
